In Omnia Paratus (Ready For Anything)
Brigade Cafe is proud to serve members of the National Guard and Camp Murray Community by providing the best hand crafted beverages and seasonal cuisine with an emphasis on personal service and engaging personnel.
Vic's Espresso and Eats to Brigade Cafe
Vic's Espresso and Eats originally opened it's doors on January 2, 2010 under Victor Castillo. The beloved Pam and Dave bought the shop in June 2011 and ran it until their retirement in Deecember, 2022.
Brigade Cafe
Shantell and Dan met at Vic's in 2013. After Dan's retirement from the Military, they wanted to stay connected to the Guard community and found that ability through buying the coffee shop.

You will see the same friendly faces you've grown to love, Alethea, Chris, Ibeth, Eilene and Shantell.
Brigade Cafe
Our name was chosen to reflect Dan's 21 years of service. We also wanted our logo to tie in the military's use of Latin phrases. Our motto is "In Omnia Paratus" or Ready for Anything. We love that we were able to mold that all together but also some PNW staples and hint at our households love for Gilmore Girls. If you know you know.
